Best Things Transhumanism has already done

Transhumanism is a movement that aims to set up a brighter future for humanity. But the movement has already started to improve peoples lives.

One way the movement has helped people is the rapid improvement of prosthetics.
Prosthetic legs have developed to be more comfortable, and adjust to terrain and your walking speed.

Their's other technology that can assist the blind. Electronic eyes that restore some sight to the blind are being developed. Test's have been successful and subjects have shown to be able to recognized objects in the environment.

Their are also ear implants. Cochlear implants have given some hearing to the deaf and improved hearing to people who are hard at hearing.

Transhumanism: Advantages and Disadvantages

Transhumanist ideas are a rather broad spectrum of technologies and their are advantages and disadvantages to the Transhumanist technologies. The advantages of this moment would give us technology to do a wide variety of things.

Advantages

• Improved limb replacement with better prosthetic limbs
• Being able to cure advances diseases such as cancer
• Allowing the deaf to hear and the blind to see with implants
• Space colonization
• Virtual reality

Disadvantages

• A new form of prejudice and segregation toward people with cybernetics
• Ethic values somewhat skewed 
• Some religious people being intolerant
• Loss of humanity.
• lack of privacy
